Area of Research: catalysis, organometallics, polymers

Research in the Getzler lab utilizes the theories and techniques of organic, inorganic and polymer chemistries in the design and use of catalytically active compounds.

Projects include:

  • macrocycle synthesis via ring-expansion polymerization
  • new metal alkoxides for ring-opening polymerizations
